The Recipe Lasagna Element is a chart of eighteen lasagna builds, compiled by Steven Finney of Chicago, Illinois — six classics, six white and light builds, six bold entries. Each build names its sauce and lists the layers that compose it, from the pasta at the bottom to the cheese that crowns it.
Compositions are typical, not mandatory: every household writes its own layers. The chart is shared freely — the printable PDF version downloads from the main page, collects no information and asks for no registration.
Lasagna appears nowhere else in this collection; the element belongs to itself. Corrections and family builds are welcome through the mailbox.
